Spring Solstice Meditation Workshop in partnership with Had Walmer of Gold Mind Meditation, brain injury survivor and meditation practitioner for over 40 years. We’ll have a 3 hour workshop which includes:
3 Movements:
Arrival & Grounding. Introductions, mindful TBI-adapted body scan, walking meditation.
Descent & Practice. Dharma Talk, seated meditation, reflection. Lunch included
Emergence & Integration. Closing ceremony at the garden beds, intention, dedication.
The workshop includes lunch, with a discussion over soup and sandwiches.

Beginning of season, it's cold outside! Please make sure to wear lots of layers, bring rain gear and something you don't mind getting muddy. We have limited indoor activity space.
